We honour the culinary traditions of India and Pakistan the way they were meant to be kept — by sourcing properly, grinding our own masala, and refusing to rush a pot that wants six hours.
Our chefs bring decades behind the range. The biryani still goes on dum. The korma still gets its cashew paste by hand. The result is food that tastes like somewhere, not like everywhere.
The naan earns its own line. Every piece is shaped by hand and baked to order in the tandoor — never pressed by a machine, never held in a warmer. It reaches the table blistered and still steaming, which is the only way we are willing to send it.

We are open Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11 am–10 pm; Friday and Saturday 11 am–11:30 pm; closed Monday. The kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing time.
